Includes two pans with 24 and 28 cm diameter (with counter handle). 3 layers means the 3 layers of material 18/10 stainless steel, aluminum and stainless steel. The high-quality multi-layer material features, among other things, excellent thermal conductivity and even heat distribution from the bottom to the walls to the pouring edge.
