A cloch, a way to read the time. Design legend Pio Manzù was inspired by the "Roman numerals" of the Art Deco movement to create this table clock in 1962. The previous design featured a Roman numeral hour disc indicating the current time, while minute and hour hands hours were made of brushed steel or chromed brass, depending on the finish chosen. Over time, the Cronotime design has evolved, abandoning the Roman numerals to adapt to the contemporary world. The result is a watch with a more modern design in the face but identical in the body. A modern interpretation of the Italian timepiece tradition, the Cronotime watch has a strong industrial design and is made of die-cast aluminum with a black lacquered finish.
